When a career disruption hits, the hardest part is deciding what to do next.
When a layoff, forced exit, or internal destabilization disrupts your footing, the quality of your decisions matters. I provide discreet, senior-level coaching to help you think clearly, protect your professional narrative, and choose what comes next — deliberately.
Former CHRO and attorney with over 25 years of experience advising senior leaders through high-stakes career and organizational transitions.
What working together looks like
This work is private, discreet, and relationship-led.
Clients come to me during moments of career disruption — when decisions carry outsized consequences and it’s difficult to think clearly alone. Our work creates a steady, confidential space to slow the moment down, examine options without pressure, and make choices that protect both reputation and future possibilities.
I work with a small number of clients at a time. Sessions are thoughtful, direct, and grounded in real-world experience. There is no formula to follow and no performance required — only careful thinking, honest reflection, and sound judgment.
Ways to work together
Crisis-to-Clarity
Short-Horizon Decision Support
Designed for moments when something has just happened — or is unfolding quickly — and you need to stabilize, think clearly, and determine next steps without compounding risk.
This engagement is focused, confidential, and time-bound. We work together over a short period to clarify what matters most, assess options, and decide how to proceed — deliberately, not reactively.
Typically 1–3 sessions over approximately 10 days.
Transition Clarity
Private Advisory Support During a Career Transition
For leaders navigating a broader period of career transition who want steady, senior-level thinking support over time.
Protect and shape your professional narrative
Evaluate opportunities and timing
Rebuild internal footing and confidence
Make decisions aligned with long-term goals rather than default paths
Typically a 90-day engagement.
About
I work with senior leaders during moments when their professional footing has been disrupted — often suddenly — and the usual ways of thinking no longer feel reliable.
I am an attorney and former Chief Human Resources Officer with more than 25 years of experience operating at the executive level in complex, high-stakes environments. I am a graduate of Harvard Law School and began my career in top-tier New York City law firms before moving into senior leadership roles within a private equity-backed organization, where I served as Legal Counsel, Executive Vice President and CHRO.
In these roles, I worked closely with senior leaders, CEOs, and board members navigating moments of transition, risk, and reputational sensitivity. Over the course of my career, I’ve supported leaders through high-stakes transitions involving reputation, identity, and consequential decision-making. I understand how quickly a moment like this can narrow perspective — and how costly missteps can be when decisions are made too quickly or in isolation.
This work is discreet by design. I work with a small number of clients at a time, and my work is personal and attentive rather than programmatic. Many clients come by referral; others reach out privately when they need a place to think clearly without pressure.
